Operation steps

Charging and sealing:
Put solid sodium silicate into the dissolving kettle, and then close the feed port and discharge port of the dissolving kettle to ensure good sealing to prevent steam leakage.
Passing steam:
Start the steam boiler and pass the generated high-temperature and high-pressure steam into the jacket of the dissolving kettle through the steam pipe. The temperature and pressure of the steam are generally controlled at about 150℃-200℃ and 0.5MPa-1.0MPa.
Dissolution reaction
: Under the action of high-temperature and high-pressure steam, solid sodium silicate will gradually absorb heat and react with water, gradually dissolve and convert into liquid sodium silicate. Keep steam passing for a period of time until the solid sodium silicate is completely dissolved.
Discharging cooling:
After the dissolution is completed, stop passing steam, open the discharge port of the dissolving kettle, and release the liquid sodium silicate into the storage container. During the release process, the liquid sodium silicate will cool naturally and finally obtain the desired liquid sodium silicate product.

In the process of converting solid sodium silicate into liquid sodium silicate, it is necessary to reasonably adjust the parameters such as water dosage, heating temperature, reaction time, etc. according to factors such as the quality of solid sodium silicate, the concentration and output of the required liquid sodium silicate, so as to ensure that the liquid sodium silicate product with stable quality and good performance is obtained.
